1. Subscription Cancellation
- Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their account or by contacting support.
- Upon cancellation, access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
2. Refund Policy
All payments made for Boomerr subscriptions are non-refundable.
We do not provide refunds for:
- Partial usage periods
- Unused features
- Downtime or missed alerts
3. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment
- Incorrect billing due to a technical error
Any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
4. Free Trials (If Applicable)
- No charges apply during the trial period.
- Once the trial ends, subscription charges apply automatically unless cancelled.
5. Plan Changes
- Upgrading plans may result in immediate billing adjustments.
- Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
